Fix invalid unfreeze_balance

Usually wrong amount, wrong resource, or delegated stake still locked.

Answer first: Check available stake for that resource, undelegate if needed, then retry a valid amount on UnstakeDesk.

Steps

  1. Verify staked balance.
  2. Undelegate blockers.
  3. Retry correct amount.
  4. Read explorer error logs.
