Unfreeze button greyed out

Usually zero available stake or active delegation.

Answer first: Greyed Unfreeze means the UI sees nothing free to unstake. Undelegate and refresh, or use UnstakeDesk status check.

Steps

  1. Run wallet status.
  2. Undelegate.
  3. Refresh UI.
  4. Retry unstake.
